Where are the Lumira Vista properties located?
Our main holiday homes are located in the historic village of Sangineto, on Calabria's Riviera dei Cedri. During selected periods, beachfront apartments may also be available between Sangineto and Belvedere Marittimo.
How far is the beach?
The coast is approximately a 10-minute drive from Sangineto's historic village. Our beachfront apartments, when available, are only a few steps from the beach.
Do I need a car?
Yes, we recommend having a car. It makes it easier to reach beaches, villages, restaurants, supermarkets and panoramic locations throughout the Riviera dei Cedri.
Where can I park?
Free public parking is available close to the properties in the historic village. Some beachfront apartments may also offer private parking or parking close to the property.
Are the properties suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
No. The properties in Sangineto's historic village have stairs, stepped streets and traditional access routes typical of historic hilltop villages.
Are there stairs inside the properties?
Yes. Some properties are maisonettes arranged over two levels. Please tell us about any mobility requirements before booking, so we can recommend the most suitable option.
Are pets allowed?
This depends on the property and the dates requested. Before booking, please tell us the breed, size and number of pets, so we can check the most appropriate accommodation.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in our main properties. For longer stays, workations or activities requiring a particularly stable connection, please tell us your requirements before confirming.
Are the homes comfortable during summer?
The maisonettes are located in a hilltop village, where temperatures are generally more pleasant than directly on the coast. Mosquito screens and natural ventilation also help keep the rooms comfortable during summer.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is arranged before your arrival. We normally ask guests to send us a message approximately 30 minutes before reaching the property, so we can coordinate their arrival.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out takes place in the morning. A later departure may be possible depending on cleaning arrangements and the arrival time of the next guests.
Can I book directly?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with your dates, number of guests and preferred type of stay. We will reply with availability, pricing and our recommended property.
Should I choose the historic village or a beachfront apartment?
The historic village is ideal for panoramic views, atmosphere, tranquillity and an authentic local experience. A beachfront apartment is more suitable for guests who want the greatest possible convenience for reaching the beach.
Do you offer long stays or workation accommodation?
Yes. During selected periods, particularly outside peak summer season, we may offer weekly stays, monthly stays and workation arrangements.
